Abstract

The meaningful experience "Atlántico Aprende Unido" was born from the Learning community “Genios del Saber”. Made up of 14 tutors from the Todos a Aprender Program (PTA) in Atlantico department. From the role of tutors, it was possible to demonstrate the need to support teachers in schools focused on the construction of learning environments that account for the new reality as a consequence of COVID 19. The evidenced needs were framed in the domain of the proposal pedagogy of the texts provided by the program, strategies to improve reading comprehension, problem solving, the design of didactics to work in initial education and ICT mediation. Therefore, synchronous spaces "Live" were designed through platforms such as YouTube and Facebook, where various strategies were presented that aimed at the general objective. The purpose was: to strengthen the didactic knowledge of the content of teachers and teaching managers of the schools focused on Mathematics, Language, Initial Education and cross-curricular aspects of the curriculum. As a result of the implementation of the strategy, the satisfaction expressed by the attendees for the thematic axes and strategies worked and the progressive increase of participants from the Atlantic and other territorial entities, including the private sector and others at an international level, are highlighted.
