Aplicación de Gráficos de Control X-R con R Studio para el Monitoreo Estadístico del Peso Neto en la Producción de Golosinas

Abstract

In the laboratory, a practical experiment was conducted with the aim of applying Total Quality Control tools using RStudio and Microsoft Excel to analyze a methodology for implementing net weight control in a nationally marketed confectionery product. The activity involved simulating product quality control through the weight variable, using an analytical balance to weigh each sample. The collected data was recorded in Excel, simulating subgroups, and subsequently processed in RStudio to generate graphical results. These results revealed the main quality issues in the predefined products through data analysis and graphical representations in RStudio.
