Abstract

Basándonos en la revisión literaria en las últimas décadas y en los últimos estudios de pobreza en Latinoamérica y en Colombia, demuestra que estamos muy lejos de reducir la pobreza en Latinoamérica, es más ha incrementando en las últimas tres décadas. Esto demuestra que no le ha dado la voluntad política para asegurar la continuidad y sostenimiento para radicar esto. Se han propuesto soluciones que no han sido implementadas durante este período.
