Abstract
Servitization is a key component of organizational growth, emphasizing its relevance in the context of digital transformation and evolving relationships between companies and customers. It goes beyond the provision of complementary services and is positioned as a comprehensive strategy that enhances competitiveness, innovation, and business sustainability in an interconnected global environment. The main objective of this paper is to analyze how Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and Rural Productive Units (RPUs) can establish strong business relationships through the implementation of collaborative strategies, standardization, and customer loyalty initiatives. A literature review methodology is employed, complemented by a quantitative approach involving scientometric analysis of academic production indexed in Scopus, Web of Science (WoS), and Google Scholar. Tools such as VOSviewer, Gephi, and Posit Cloud were used to analyze the data, enabling the triangulation of information and the identification of patterns and key topics. The most relevant findings indicate that strategic collaboration enables organizations to adapt to fluctuating market demands, while process standardization enhances operational efficiency. The main limitations of the study lie in the lack of extensive empirical data in rural and agro-industrial sectors. However, the value of this research lies in the proposal of a systemic model that integrates servitization as a key strategy for ensuring business sustainability and competitiveness. It is concluded that the integration of knowledge, advanced technologies, and flexible methods is fundamental to achieving competitiveness by adapting to changing market demands and fostering sustainability and resilience in an interconnected global environment..
