Abstract

This paper aims to support the need to build an environmental energy law from the indissoluble connectedness between energy, environment and economic development. This from the following problem: what are the elements for the construction of an environmental energy law as a new autonomous discipline of law within the legal order?. In this thesis work will stand as the energy, environment and economic development are structural elements for building an environmental energy law considering  that  there  is  a  necessary  and  indissoluble  connection  between  these elements. The energy law should incorporate structural elements of environmental law, which results in the need to define the foundation of a new autonomous discipline of law concerning what we call in this job as an environmental energy law. Similarly,  it  is  argued  that  the  promotion  activities  appropriate  administrative law become an ideal tool for legally interlocking development, energy and the environment, but, strictly speaking, they are insufficient to deal with environmental problems
