Law intimes of crisis: An approach to notions of truth and justice
##plugins.themes.bootstrap3.article.main##
Abstract
Law is a consequence of society. This relationship generates a complexity between what is just and society; and due to the phenomena that are manifested in this relationship the crisis of law is sustained. This reflection is carried out through the theoretical doctrinal study of the notions of Law, Justice and Truth, the analysis of the influence of politics on justice and law, the problem of the negative functions of law, the concept of unjust law and the modern conception of subjective law, in order to establish the main causes of the crisis of law.
