Abstract
En el presente artículo de investigación se muestra un análisis crítico de los resultados presentados por la Sala Jurisdiccional Disciplinaria durante el primer semestre de 2011, en los procesos seguidos en contra de Funcionarios Judiciales Aforados, Jueces, Fiscales, y particulares investidos transitoriamente de la atribución de administrar justicia.
