JURIDICAS CUC declares that it subscribes to the open access policy, and consequently it offers free immediate access to its contents under the principle that making research available to the public at no cost promotes greater sharing of scientific knowledge.

UPDATED ARTICLE PROCESSING CHARGES (APC)

The journal JURÍDICAS CUC informs its authors that, in accordance with the sustainability of the editorial process and international scientific publishing standards, as indexed in SCOPUS Q1 (SJR), an Article Processing Charge (APC) is applied only to manuscripts that have been formally accepted after completing the peer review process.

The new APC, effective as of April 10, 2025, is as follows:

USD 1,600 per accepted article

This fee is required only after formal acceptance has been communicated. No payment should be made at the time of submission, nor during the initial editorial review or peer review process, until an official editorial decision has been notified.

Important:
Manuscripts accepted before April 10, 2025, will retain the 2024 rate of USD 500 per article.
