From systemic to strategic: two thoughts for the organizational future
##plugins.themes.bootstrap3.article.main##
Abstract
Thinking is part of the daily life of the human being and thinking is going to be given by characteristics such as perception, consciousness, memory, even the imagination. This accumulation of particularities give way to the way in which ideas are thought and executed, so then, within organizations and their direction, two types of basic thoughts can be mentioned for strategic decision-making. The present essay tries from the documentary review to approach theoretical aspects on the systemic thought and the strategic thought to understand its impact in the strategic direction. The methodology corresponds to those of a basic or theoretical review concluding that there is a relationship between both thoughts and success in taking strategic direction.
