Authors of articles accepted for publication in CESTA retain their moral rights as authors and remain responsible for the content of their manuscripts. By submitting a manuscript to the journal, authors guarantee that the work is original, does not infringe third-party rights, and does not conflict with ethical, legal, or editorial principles.

Authors also authorize the publication, dissemination, and preservation of their work under the terms established by the journal’s editorial policy and the license applicable to content published in CESTA. Publication of the article does not exempt authors from the academic, legal, or ethical responsibilities arising from their authorship.
