With the use of this tool, the capacity of a process can be measured, to know if it is necessary to implement improvements to the system aimed at fulfilling the orders placed and customer satisfaction, with which the quality of the organization can be maintained. and the quality in the manufacture of the products, also serves as a contribution to the literature of this industrial sector.
