Occupational adaptation: The key to performance and job satisfaction

Abstract
Occupational Adaptation is a complex process that goes beyond the aptitudes and job skills of the individual, and come to terms involving the organization, task and work environment, which complicates the process, due to the unfavorable and ever-changing working conditions present in many organizations, in turn affecting the performance and job satisfaction of workers and the productivity of the company.
