Abstract
In this present work quantitative and qualitative research methods were applied in order to show the obtained results after have analyzed educational polices as well academic backgrounds implemented by the current government of Colombia entitled as “Quality Education and Prosperity” in addition regulations of the established Colombian educa-tional system and their processes of training teachers were studied. With regard to the collaborative work, highlighted its significant role in (AVA) (Virtual Learning Environ-ments) has been highlighted, so that, several approaches in the mentioned field were analyzed. On other hand the Nestling Concurrent Design Parent Model (DIAC), has been implemented as well Parent Model (DIAC), argued by Hernández, Fernández and Baptista (2010, p. 577). The selected participants were an assorted sample of teachers and parents of the Ethno agricultural “José Manuel Pala-cios” school, in El Canton de San Pablo, in Choco, Colom-bia. With reference to the gathered data for this study these were: chronological backgrounds, relevant documents, as well structured surveys as interviews. The obtained results have demonstrated effectiveness in the training processes for teachers in the mentioned institution through virtual learning environments by generating positive outcomes. To sum up, it is strongly recommended to negotiate agreements with the national government of Colombia in order to en-hance institutional networks which will improve the qual-ity of life of this community hence, taking into account the obtained results further research is advisable, focusing on not only government decision-making but also on the busi-ness sector related to investmenst on training programs to communities through virtual learning environments.
