Conflict of interest policy
All participants involved in the editorial process of the Inge CUC journal are required to transparently disclose any real, potential, or perceived conflicts of interest. In particular, authors must report all sources of funding, personal or professional relationships, as well as any other interests that could influence the results, analysis, or interpretation of their work.
Reviewers, for their part, must refrain from participating in the evaluation of manuscripts when a conflict of interest exists—such as shared institutional affiliations, recent collaborations, or any other circumstances that may compromise their impartiality—and must promptly disclose any situation that could affect their objectivity.
Likewise, editors and members of the Editorial Board are expected to recuse themselves and delegate editorial decision-making whenever a conflict of interest is identified. Failure to disclose relevant conflicts of interest constitutes a serious breach of editorial ethics and may result in the rejection of the manuscript or the implementation of post-publication measures, as appropriate.
