Data sharing and reproducibility policy
The Inge CUC journal promotes transparency, open science, and the reproducibility of research findings. In this regard, authors may be required to include a Data and Materials Availability Statement, indicating whether the data, code, or materials used in the study are accessible, where they are hosted, and under what conditions they may be obtained. Whenever feasible, authors are encouraged to deposit these resources in institutional or subject-specific repositories to facilitate access and reuse. Additionally, authors are expected to retain the underlying data and research materials for a reasonable period following publication, in order to address justified requests for verification.
However, in cases where legal, contractual, confidentiality, personal data protection, or intellectual property constraints apply, authors must explicitly disclose such limitations. In these situations, authors are expected, where appropriate, to provide alternative mechanisms for verification—such as controlled access to data or other procedures that ensure the integrity and traceability of the results without compromising applicable restrictions.
