Psycho-educational intervention to promote reading comprehension

Abstract
This article is part of a wider investigation that seeks through teacher training in the use of teaching strategies, from the significant learning, encourage the development of reading comprehension in first grade students. For this purpose identify teaching strategies from the significant learning used by teachers, based on this information, a seminar- workshop structure of the subject and finally verifies the use of these teaching strategies. Since the paradigm Dialectical-Critical techniques are used as semi-structured inter views, obser vation and Lickert scale. In the current phase of the research process observations are being implemented after a seminar-workshop entitled: Strategies for the development of reading comprehension.
