Complaints, claims, and appeals

The Inge CUC journal receives and manages complaints related to the editorial process, claims concerning potential unethical conduct, and appeals against editorial decisions. Such communications must be submitted through the journal’s official email, clearly indicating the manuscript identification code and providing a detailed description of the case, accompanied by the relevant supporting evidence. The handling of these processes is governed by principles of transparency and rigor, including acknowledgment of receipt, assessment by the Editor-in-Chief, and, when necessary, consultation with the Editorial Board or relevant institutional bodies, while ensuring the confidentiality of the information at all times.

Decisions arising from complaints, claims, or appeals will be communicated with proper justification and within reasonable timeframes. In the case of appeals, these will be evaluated based on the editorial record and verifiable evidence. The journal reserves the right to uphold the original decision when sufficient technical or ethical grounds for its modification are not provided.
