Gender equality and Non-discrimination policy
The Inge CUC journal promotes an inclusive, equitable, and non-discriminatory editorial environment. Accordingly, the editorial process and peer review are conducted under principles of impartiality, ensuring the absence of bias related to gender, identity, sexual orientation, ethnicity, nationality, religion, ideology, socioeconomic status, or institutional affiliation of the authors.
The journal also encourages the use of respectful and inclusive language in manuscripts. Where appropriate, authors are advised to incorporate sex and gender considerations into research design, as well as in the analysis and interpretation of results, in order to contribute to more rigorous and socially responsible scientific production.
